What happens after you order

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Australia. Orders are packed and sent from Sydney, and you get an email with tracking when your parcel is on its way. A 1 kg bag or four 250 g bags ($60 or more) ships free; anything smaller is $10.

The times above are typical, not guaranteed: carriers have slow weeks, especially around public holidays. If a parcel is more than a week past the typical window, email us and we’ll chase it.

If you need coffee by a particular date, say so in the order notes and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

If something isn’t right

Damaged, wrong, or missing. Email a photo to admin@madisonavecoffee.com within seven days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or refund the order, whichever you prefer. You don’t need to send anything back.

Changed your mind. Coffee is food, so we can only take back bags that are unopened and still sealed. Email us within 14 days of delivery; send the bag back to the address we give you, and we’ll refund the coffee once it arrives. Return postage is yours unless we made a mistake.

Didn’t like the taste. Tell us. We can’t refund an opened bag for taste, but we can tell you what to change in the brew, which fixes it more often than you’d think. The brew guides are a good first stop.

Your rights

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded: if a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, within two business days of our approving them. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
