Who you’re dealing with

Madison Ave Coffee, Sydney, NSW, Australia (“we”, “us”). Contact: orders@madisonavecoffee.com, 0413 311 237. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is shown separately at checkout.
• Payment is taken at the time of order, by card through Stripe.
• We can change prices at any time; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
• If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch, and we’ll tell you why.

Orders

• An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We can decline an order for any reasonable cause, such as a delivery address we can’t serve, and will refund it in full if payment was taken.
• Product images are a guide. Packaging may change.
• Coffee is a natural product. The beans in the blend change with the seasons; the roast profile and tasting notes are what we hold constant.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Set out on the delivery and returns page, which forms part of these terms. In short: $10 delivery Australia-wide, free at $60; damaged or wrong orders are replaced or refunded on a photo; unopened bags can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the coffee.

Wholesale and affiliate arrangements

Wholesale pricing, delivery schedules and payment terms are agreed in writing per customer and take precedence over these terms where they differ. The affiliate program has its own written terms, sent with your link; nothing is owed until you have accepted them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for orders placed through your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.

This website

The content of this site, including the photographs, text and the Madison Ave Coffee name and logo, is ours or used with permission. You may not copy it for commercial use without our written consent. We try to keep the site accurate and available but don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything else arising from an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
